Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The scheme set out in the Schedule to the repealed Housing Sales Regulations is taken to be a scheme that the Chief Executive Officer (Housing) may administer under section 24 of this Act as amended by the Housing Amendment Act 2005 .
(2) Regulations 4 and 5 of those Regulations are taken to be provisions of the scheme referred to in subsection (1).
