Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The schemes set out in Schedules 1 to 4 (inclusive) and 6 to 10 (inclusive) to the repealed Housing Assistance Regulations are taken to be schemes that the Chief Executive Officer (Housing) may administer under section 24 of this Act as amended by the Housing Amendment Act 2005 .
(2) Regulations 2, 3A, 4 and 5 of those Regulations are taken to be provisions of a scheme referred to in subsection (1), but only to the extent those regulations applied in relation to the scheme immediately before the commencement day.
