Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Chief Executive Officer (Housing) shall repay, to a person who has advanced money to the Home Finance Trustee under the Housing Loans Act, the balance of moneys outstanding on the commencement of this Act, together with all interest accrued or accruing, in accordance with the terms and conditions on which the money was advanced to the Home Finance Trustee.
