Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An annual report in respect of the operations of the Chief Executive Officer (Housing) during a financial year is to be included in or presented as a part of the annual report prepared under section 28 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act in respect of the Agency responsible under the Minister for the administration of this Act.
(2) Financial statements in respect of the Chief Executive Officer (Housing) are to be prepared and presented in accordance with sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Financial Management Act .
