GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT - SECT 9

    (1)     The shareholding Minister may delegate to a minister any of his or her powers and functions under this Act.

    (2)     A delegation:

        (a)     is to be in writing; and

        (b)     cannot be made to the portfolio Minister.
