Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsDespite any other provision of this Act, if the grant of an application for a gaming machine licence, or for an increase in the number of gaming machines authorised for use under a gaming machine licence, would result in contravention of a restriction imposed under this Part, the Commission must reject the application without further inquiry.
