GAMING CONTROL ACT - SECT 19

A casino licence remains in force for the period specified in the agreement unless, before the expiration of that period:

        (a)     it is terminated in accordance with the agreement;

        (b)     the Licensee surrenders it; or

        (c)     it is cancelled in accordance with this Act.
