FINANCIAL SECTOR REFORM (NORTHERN TERRITORY) ACT - SECT 49

    (1)     No stamp duty or any other duty or tax is chargeable under any Act in respect of anything effected by or done under this Act.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply to Part 3.
