FINANCIAL RELATIONS AGREEMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT - SECT 19

    Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the definition of "receipt" in subsection (1) "includes" and substituting "means a receipt of money on or before 30 June 2001 and includes".
