(CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT An Act to implement certain measures described
in the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Reform of Commonwealth-State
Financial Relations and for that purpose to amend the
Financial Institutions Duty Act , the Fuel Subsidies Act , the
Mineral Royalty Act and 3 other related Acts, the Pay-roll Tax Act , the
Petroleum Act , the Racing and Betting Act , the Stamp Duty Act and the
Taxation (Administration) Act , and for related purposes
