FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT - SECT 4

    (1)     The Treasurer shall establish and keep a Public Account of the receipts and expenditure of the Territory and Agencies.

    (2)     The Public Account shall consist of:

        (a)     the Central Holding Authority; and

        (b)     the Operating Accounts.
