Northern Territory Consolidated Acts

FIRE AND EMERGENCY ACT - SECT 5

    (1)     There is established by this Act the Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service.

    (2)     For the Public Sector Employment and Management Act :

        (a)     the Fire and Rescue Service is an Agency; and

        (b)     the Commissioner of Police is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fire and Rescue Service.
