Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere a corporation is convicted of an offence against this Act, each person who, at the time of the commission of the offence, was a director of the corporation is guilty of the offence and punishable as if the offence had been committed by a person other than the corporation, unless the person proves that the offence was committed without the person's knowledge or that the person took reasonable steps to prevent the commission of the offence.
