Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIf a firearm is forfeited, required to be surrendered or delivered up to the Commissioner or liable to seizure under this Act, any ammunition relating to the firearm is included in the forfeiture, surrender, delivering up or liability to seizure.
