Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A party to a proceeding before the Tribunal who is aggrieved by a decision of the Tribunal may appeal against that decision, on a question of law only, to the Supreme Court in accordance with the Rules of that Court.
(2) An appeal under subsection (1) must be instituted within 28 days after the day the decision complained of was made.
