Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of a firearms collector licence must not use, or carry for the purpose of using, a firearm to which the licence relates unless he or she does so in accordance with a permit.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
(2) The Commissioner is, by notice served on the holder of a firearms collector licence, to revoke the licence where the holder is found guilty of an offence against subsection (1).
