ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ACT - SECT 3

In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:

"environment" means all aspects of the surroundings of man including the physical, biological, economic, cultural and social aspects.

"proposed action" means a matter referred to in section 4(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e).
