EVIDENCE ACT - SECT 42C

In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, "disclosure" includes disclosure by:

        (a)     the production or discovery of documents;

        (b)     the giving of evidence;

        (c)     the answering of interrogatories; and

        (d)     the furnishing of particulars.
