Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of proving the identity of a person alleged to have been found guilty in a State or in any other Territory, an affidavit substantially in the form of the Fourth Schedule shall be admissible in evidence and shall be prima facie evidence that the person whose finger-prints are exhibited to that affidavit:
(a) is the person who in any document exhibited to that affidavit and purporting to be a certificate of a finding of guilt, is referred to as having been found guilty; and
(b) has been found guilty of the offences mentioned in that affidavit.
