Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere any writing or signature is in dispute, the writing or signature may be compared with any other writing or signature proved to the satisfaction of the Court to be genuine; and such last-mentioned writing or signature, together with evidence of witnesses in relation thereto, shall be evidence of the genuineness or otherwise of the writing or signature in dispute.
