Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by instrument in writing, delegate to a person any of the Minister's powers and functions under this Act, other than a power or function of the Minister in respect of a college that is an Agency within the meaning of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act and this power of delegation.
