Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO may, in relation to teachers provided under arrangements entered into under section 7, exercise such powers under the law of the Commonwealth or a State as may be lawfully delegated to the CEO under that law.
(2) The CEO may, writing, delegate to a public sector employee all or any of the CEO's powers or functions under this Act.
