Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A council may establish such committees as it thinks fit, but must appoint a member of the council to each committee.
(2) A person may be appointed as a member of a committee established under subsection (1) whether or not the person is a member of the council by which it is established.
