Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Minister must not make special arrangements under section 37 for or in relation to the education of a child which require the child to reside at a place other than the usual place of residence of the parent who has actual custody of the child unless those arrangements include provision for visits of reasonable frequency and duration by that parent to the child or by the child to that parent.
