Northern Territory Consolidated Acts

EDUCATION ACT - SECT 3

    (1)     The Acts of the State of South Australia listed in Schedule 1 cease to apply in the Territory as laws of the Territory.

    (2)     The Ordinances listed in Schedule 2 are repealed.
