EDUCATION ACT - SECT 25

Authorised persons

    (1)     Each of the following is an authorised person :

        (a)     a police officer;

        (b)     a person appointed by the CEO as an authorised person under subsection (2).

    (2)     The CEO may appoint a person to be an authorised person for this Act.
