Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and give to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act and on the operation of education services in the Territory during the year ending on that date.
(2) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 3 sittings days after the Minister receives the report.
