ELECTORAL ACT - SECT 84

The result of an election is not invalidated merely because an authorised officer did not visit:

        (a)     a mobile polling place; or

        (b)     a mobile polling place on the dates or during the hours:

            (i)     specified in a declaration under section 78; or

            (ii)     as substituted or changed under section 81.
