Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the day that is 2 days before polling day, each authorised officer must send to the Commission all applications for postal voting papers received by the officer.
(2) The Commission must keep the applications and make them available for public inspection for 14 days from and including the third day after polling day.
