Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may cast a vote at an election in accordance with Divisions 2 to 6A.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a person may cast a vote on polling day at any polling place in the Territory, whether or not the polling place is in the division for which the person is enrolled.
(3) Only an ordinary vote or a declaration vote (other than a postal vote or a vote cast before polling day) may be cast at a mobile polling place.
