Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A candidate for election may appoint a scrutineer to represent the candidate during the polling or scrutiny for the election or both.
(2) The appointment must be made by giving notice in the approved form to the officer in charge of a polling place or scrutiny centre.
