Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a person has consented and signed a nomination form to be nominated as a candidate for a division at a general election.
(2) The person must not consent or sign a nomination form to be nominated as a candidate for another division unless the person has, under section 35, withdrawn his or her consent to the previous nomination.
