Northern Territory Consolidated Acts44. Value of improvements, &c.
The Port Corporation may, on the expiration or determination of a lease granted or deemed to have been granted by it -
(a) pay to the lessee the value, as determined by the Valuer-General, of any improvements lawfully erected by the lessee on the land comprised in the lease;
(b) pay to the lessee the cost of reclamation work lawfully carried out by the lessee for or in connection with the purpose of the lease; or
(c) require the lessee to remove, at his or her own expense, any improvements erected on the land comprised in the lease.
