Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsNo civil or criminal action or proceedings shall lie or be brought against the Crown or any person acting in the execution or intended execution of this Act, the Regulations or a delegation under this Act, or in compliance or intended compliance with any direction given or purported to be given under this Act or the Regulations, in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in good faith by that person under or for the purposes of this Act or the Regulations.
