Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere there is a conflict between the duties under this Act of a Regional Controller or a Local Controller, who is a member of the Police Force, and his duties and obligations under the Police Administration Act , this Act shall prevail.
