Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by notice in writing, appoint a Chief Executive Officer or employee, as defined in the Public Sector Employment and Management Act , to be the Director of Commercial Passenger (Road) Transport.
(2) Subject to this Act, the Director has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with, or incidental to, the performance of the Director's functions under this Act.
