Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A private hire car licence may be renewed by the Director on application made on an approved form accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2) In considering an application for renewal, the Director must take into account the matters that would be taken into account if the application were for a new private hire car licence.
