Objections to restraining of property

59. Objections to restraining of property

(1) A person may file in the court that made the relevant restraining order an objection to the restraint of the property.

(2) An objection is to identify -

(a) the property to which the objection relates; and

(b) the grounds for objection against the property being restrained.
