Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to section 64 of the Planning Act and Part 12.3 of the Local Government Act , all roads in the Northern Territory, together with the timber growing on those roads and all bridges, culverts, water-tables, kerbs, gutters, footpaths, lamps, direction boards, kilometre posts, rails, posts, walls, chains, fences and other things erected on or affixed to those roads are the property of and vested in the Territory and are under the care, control and management of the Minister.
