Consumer advice for unrestricted publications

58. Consumer advice for unrestricted publications

A person must not sell a publication classified Unrestricted for which there is consumer advice unless the consumer advice is displayed on the publication or packaging of the publication.

Fault element: Strict liability offence.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
