Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe demand or acceptance of rent in respect of a lease granted or agreed to be granted under this Act shall not be taken to be a waiver of the right of the Territory or the Minister to enforce the observance of a condition or regulation under which the demised premises are held, or the right to forfeit the lease for breach of a condition or regulation committed before the making of the demand or the acceptance of the rent.
