(1) The Compensation (Fatal Injuries) Ordinance 1938 and the Compensation (Fatal Injuries) Ordinance 1970 are repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal made by subsection (1), the provisions of the Compensation (Fatal Injuries) Ordinance 1938 as amended continue to apply in relation to a cause of action in respect of the death of a person that occurred before the commencement of this Act.
