Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The savings and transitional provisions in Schedules 2 and 3 have effect.
(2) The Administrator may by regulations make provisions (not inconsistent with this Act) that the Administrator considers necessary or desirable to be made:
(a) for the purpose of giving effect to section 50;
(b) for the purpose of giving effect to section 51; or
(c) with respect to any matter or thing existing or in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, being provisions consequential on the repeals effected by section 49.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (2)(b), subsection (2) is taken to have commenced on the commencement of section 51.
