CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT - SECT 99

Except as otherwise directed by the Court, a person must not attend any of the proceedings if:

        (a)     the person is not a party to the proceedings; or

        (b)     the Court has ordered the person not to attend the proceedings.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
