CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT - SECT 69

Application

This Division applies to a child who is in the CEO's care if:

        (a)     a protection order for the child is in force; or

        (b)     the CEO has daily care and control of the child under a court order prescribed by regulation.
