CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT - SECT 299

A person must not obstruct a person:

        (a)     in exercising or attempting to exercise a power under this Act; or

        (b)     in performing or attempting to perform a function under this Act.

Maximum penalty:     200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
