Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Speaker may, at the Commissioner's request, authorise the Commissioner to publish, in the public interest or in the interests of a person:
(a) a report relating to the performance of a function of the Commissioner; or
(b) a report relating to a particular complaint or investigation.
(2) Subsection (1) applies regardless of whether the matters dealt with in the report have been the subject of another report tabled in the Legislative Assembly.
