CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 - SECT 89
Family matters division of Court(1) There is to be a division of the Court to deal with proceedings under this Act.
(2) For dealing with proceedings under this Act, the Court must be constituted by a Local Court Judge.
