(1) A private bailiff may be employed by a person or a legal practitioner acting for a person who is entitled to the issue of a warrant under the Local Court Act to execute that warrant.
(2) Where a private bailiff is employed under subsection (1) the person employing him shall inform a Registrar having jurisdiction in the area where the warrant was issued.
(3) A Registrar who is notified in accordance with subsection (2) shall issue the warrant to the private bailiff so nominated.
