(1) If at any time during the currency of a commercial agent's licence or a private bailiff's licence the Commissioner determines that the bond required by this Act is not adequately secured, the holder of the licence shall furnish such security as the Commissioner may direct.
(2) Where the Commissioner makes a determination under subsection (1) that the bond is not adequately secured the person who would otherwise be the holder of the licence shall not be licensed for the purpose of this Act until such time as security in accordance with the Commissioner's determination is provided.
